Long-time WWE fan Maria Menounos announced she’ll be stepping down has a full-time host of E! News as she continues to undergo treatment for a brain tumor. Menounos is a regular at the WWE red carpet events and has even stepped in the ring, teaming with Kelly Kelly to defeat Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix and Eve Torres back in 2012.

She was diagnosed with a meningioma brain tumor back in February unbelievably while her own mother, Litsa, was battling Stage 4 cancer in her brain. Menounos has since had the tumor, which was benign, removed in a surgery.
