Impact Wrestling Runs Their First Domestic Live Event Since 2015

It has been announced by Impact Wrestling that the company will be running its first domestic live event since 2015. The show will take place at Richmond County Bank Ballpark which plays home to Minor League Baseball's Staten Island Yankees

The show will take place on Saturday August 5 at 6:00pm. Ticket prices start at $25. This is a deal that was likely put together by Executive Producer Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett ran several shows at Minor League Ballparks during 2016 for his Global Force promotion

Names included in the advertisment are Allie, Eddie Edwards, Eli Drake, Bobby Lashley, Alberto El Patron, James Storm and EC3

TV tapings took place this week in India which marked the first time that television tapings have been held outside of Orlando since late 2015. The last domestic event was held in Charlotte, North Carolina when they ran Bound For Glory. Financial issues caused Impact to scale back in live events. New management is looking to run more shows outside of Orlando
