2K announced as part of its earnings reports that WWE 2K18 is officially confirmed to release this fall.

Not much else is known about the upcoming game but we could expect further details as this year's SummerSlam as has been the custom in previous years or perhaps at E3 2017 in June. 

In a related note, Pixelgun Studio has recently revealed a set of scanned images of WWE Superstar AJ Styles on its Facebook page. The studio has worked on WWE game in the past and there is speculation that points toward AJ Styles as the WWE 2K18 cover star.

There is also speculation regarding its platform coverage, with some source saying it will feature on Xbox One and PS4 but will no longer support and release on last gen consoles, Xbox 360 and PS3.
