It was reported yesterday that Lucha Underground star Jack Evans appeared to have suffered a legitimate injury or some other medical event during a match in Tijuana, Mexico. Originally there were reports that he was taken to a hospital and it appeared as though he may have been having a seizure.

It's now being reported that this was all a scripted injury and was not something that was unplanned. Evans was apparently walking around just fine in the backstage area and it looked like there was nothing wrong with him.
