Alicia Fox is celebrating 11 years with WWE today. She posted the following on Instagram:

Fox made her professional wrestling debut for the WWE developmental territory Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) on July 1, 2006.

She went on to make her main roster debut on the June 13, 2008 episode of SmackDown in a backstage segment with Vickie Guerrero, which saw her portraying Guerrero and Edge's wedding planner. During their wedding reception the following month, Triple H revealed Edge kissing Fox the day before the wedding on camera.
