New Japan Pro Wrestling has announced that "The Rainmaker" Kazuchika Okada will defend his IWGP Heavyweight Championship against his challenger at this past year's Wrestle Kingdom, Kenny Omega, in the main event of Dominion on June 11th at Osaka-jo Hall. The two had a match that  sent shock waves through the wrestling world at the Tokyo Dome earlier this year.

A rematch was what the fans were clamoring for, but it became obvious that Dominion would be the place for it at NJPW's  Dontaku show. Omega first defeated "The Stone Pitbull" Tomohiro Ishii, then Okada successfully defended his title against the Bullet Club's "Underboss"  Bad Luck Fale before the rivals had a staredown.
