WNS reader Sean Blake sent in word that after tonight's SmackDown Live event WWE announced to the live crowd that their next show in the state of Connecticut is a pay per view, and that pay per view is the return of Bad Blood.

It will be taking place on July 9th at the XL Center in Hartford, CT, the pay per view will be Raw exclusive, and this marks the first WWE pay per view to take place at the XL Center since No Way Out 2000.

The first Badd Blood pay-per-view took witnessed the very first Hell In A Cell match, which saw Shawn Michaels defeat The Undertaker. Kane also made his debut at this PPV.

In 2003 and 2004, Bad Blood returned as Raw exclusive PPV's.
