Former WWE Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion Road Dogg recently got a promotion behind the scenes in WWE. Road Dogg and WWE writer Ryan Ward have been the two lead writers for SmackDown Live for some time now, and it's believed that Road Dogg's promotion gives him a spot that's actually above Ward at this point.

Road Dogg is considered to be one of top people within the inner circle of the company, working closely with both Triple H and Vince McMahon.
