The Undertaker made an appearance on Monday night's edition of WWE Raw and, in a major surprise, declared that he will be one of the 30 participants in the 2017 Royal Rumble Match.

The Undertaker also stated during his appearance that he "goes where he wants, when he wants," signifying that he has no alliance to either Raw or SmackDown Live.

The last time The Undertaker competed in the Royal Rumble Match was back in 2009.
