Former WWE Champion Kurt Angle has reportedly been telling independent promoters that he's returning to WWE in April which would be in time for WrestleMania 33. The Wrestling Observer does not that this should be taken strictly rumor for now as there is a lot of speculation around Angle and WWE. It's also not the first time Angle has told promoters that he's on his way back to WWE.

Angle already has comments to wrestle Alberto Del Rio on February 12th in the UK for WCPW and then will face Cody Rhodes for their third match but beyond that he's not accepting any bookings.
