We previously reported Mick Foley is taking the next two weeks off from WWE Television. The Raw General Manager is due to report on the January 2nd edition of Raw although according to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter Foley may need more time off soon for hip replacement surgery and rehab.

In recent years Foley has suffered with back issues stemming from the brutal and high-risk bumps he took during the Attitude Era, many without mat protection. 

Foley has lost a lot of weight in recent months, likely to help his back but also aid mobility and rehab of any hip replacement surgery he has in the future.
