In an update on Nigel McGuinness leaving Ring of Honor to host WWE's United Kingdom Championship Tournament, it's being reported by PWInsider.com that Nigel didn't inform ROH officials about the deal until just this past weekend, so he barely gave them any notice. This has reportedly earned Nigel some heat within the ROH office.

While that's not to say that Nigel would be barred from ever returning to ROH in the future, it did reportedly rub people in ROH the wrong way that he would leave so suddenly.
