Lana has responded to an article online which analyzed the rather edgier storylines we saw on our screens from WWE this week. 

Lana was involved in a rather steamy segment on Monday's WWE Raw in which she invited Enzo Amore back to her hotel room for some "fun" behind the back of her husband Rusev. However, it was all a grand ploy by Rusev to seek his revenge on Enzo. 

The segment was littered with sexual suggestion, with many fans taking to social media to reminisce about scenes which were common place during the height of The Attitude Era.

Lana has since tweeted the publisher of the article saying: "People are complicated so having complex characters reflect humanity."
