Smackdown LIVE Commissioner, Shane McMahon appeared to be injured during the 5-on-5 Survivor Series match Sunday night.

McMahon took a very nasty hit when his coast to coast was countered by a vicious spear from Roman Reigns.

The referee went for a count but didn’t make it to three when he noticed Shane appeared out of it. While Shane was getting medication attention, Randy Orton went and spoke to Shane’s kids.

Shane was eventually helped to the back on his feet.
