Local advertising for the WWE Raw Roadblock: End of the Line PPV happening December 18th in Pittsburgh, PA lists injured WWE superstar, Finn Balor on the card. 

Balor has been out of action since August, when he tore his labrum during his WWE Universal Championship match at SummerSlam.
