At Sunday night's WWE Hell in a Cell event, Charlotte defeated Sasha Banks to become the brand new Raw Women's Champion. This match, which was the main event of the show, was also the first time that two women had ever competed inside the Hell in a Cell structure.

Charlotte's victory marks her third reign as champion.
