There’s yet another lawsuit alleging that TNA owes even more money. Dave Meltzer over at The Wrestling Observer newsletter is reporting that TNA Entertainment has been sued over the summer by American Express Travel Related Services Company for unpaid bills. 

This lawsuit was filed in New York State’s Supreme Court officially on 7/20. They're claiming that TNA used their American Express Corporate, and they need to pay them $269,049.50 in travel expenses. According to this claim, TNA had agreed to make some payments, and to pay court costs if the case ever got taken to court. The $269,049.50 is in addition to legal costs.
