WWE shared the presale code for the Royal Rumble, and the code is simply just "Network". If you are a subscriber to the network you would be sent an email with this code. 

It is good NOW THROUGH THURSDAY 11PM ET.  The general public can get them on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 10:00 AM CDT
