WWE has the trademark to the Ryback name, but it seems he got one over on 'em because he has now legally changed his name to Ryback Reeves. 

Many promoters are now listing Ryback or Ryback Reeves on advertising and he has changed his name to Ryback Reeves on Instagram as well.
