Paul Heyman not being mentioned during the Tuesday's WWE Draft during SmackDown may have been by design, according to the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Brock Lesnar was officially drafted to Raw, but Heyman who is known as the "Advocate" of Lesnar had no mention verbally or visually during the WWE Draft despite others talent such as The Miz, Rusev and Darren Young who were all drafted with their respective managers or valets.

The report notes that Heyman's WWE contract has expired and that both sides have yet to reach an agreement on a new deal going forward.

There is talk surrounding Lesnar possibly being suspended by WWE, following two failed UFC drug tests. WWE may hold off on negotiations with Heyman until they know where the lands lies with Lesnar.
