PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE's legal team has issued cease and desist orders to multiple independent wrestling organizations regarding the use of professional photographs.

The orders informed the organizations that they were using WWE photographs for advertising material on both posters and various forms of online material, all of which promoted appearances from former WWE talent at all of their events. They further ask these organizations to stop using them since WWE legally owns all shots that have been taken by company photographers. This applies to both current and former talent.
