WWE announced on Monday night's edition of Raw that Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens will face one another at the upcoming Battleground event in a match that is being touted as one that will officially put an end to their longtime rivalry.

WWE appears to have renamed the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to the WWE Championship, as this was how the title was officially being referred to on Monday night's edition of Raw.

WWE Raw and SmackDown General Managers to Receive New Titles?

On Monday night's edition of WWE Raw, Michael Cole noted that the Raw and SmackDown podiums were again on the entrance stage during the broadcast, which is where whoever is placed in charge of the shows when the Brand Extension takes place will stand when the WWE Draft occurs when SmackDown goes live on July 19th. Cole also noted that these individuals would not be referred to as "General Managers," but instead called them "the Chief Operating Officers of Raw and SmackDown."
