Aroluxe Marketing has reportedly officially taken ownership of the name “TNA”  while Dixie Carter’s company still owns the names “Impact Ventures,” “TNA Entertainment,” and “TNA Wrestling,” according to The PWTorch Newsletter.

Dixie Carter also remains the majority owner of the company despite Aroluxe now doing business under the name “TNA” reports ” Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com.

Aroluxe Marketing and mainly their employees Ron & Don Harris have been overseeing the production for TNA and has fronted money for the TV tapings. Aroluxe is also in charge of TNA’s payroll duties, and will continue working on the production for Impact Wrestling.
