Vince McMahon Comments On Shane McMahon's WWE Status

During today's WWE conference call, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon was asked about the status of his son, Shane McMahon, following his recent return to the company.

McMahon said Shane has “come back as talent” and is part of an “ongoing storyline” with Stephanie McMahon.

He added his son has done “done extremely well” since returning for WrestleMania 32 against The Undertaker.

He did not indicate how long Shane plans to be featured on WWE programming or if he will assume a new executive role behind the scenes.
