Following Sunday night's WWE Payback event, it was announced that Roman Reigns will again defend the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against AJ Styles at the company's Extreme Rules event, which will take place in three weeks on the WWE Network.

The title will be defended in an Extreme Rules Match.
