In an update on the sudden passing of former WWE and ECW Superstar Balls Mahoney, his wife spoke with ProWrestlingSheet.com and said that the two of them were sitting around watching Jeopardy on Tuesday evening and Balls seemed to be fine, as he was even answering questions from the show as they were watching.

He then decided to simply lay down on his side on the couch, and shortly afterwards, his wife noticed that he seemed to be unconscious. She dialed 911 and tried to perform CPR on him until help arrived. However, Mahoney was pronounced dead shortly after the paramedics arrived.

As was previously reported, Balls had quite recently suffered a bad fall and had been using a walker to get around. As of this time, it's still unknown what his exact cause of death was.
