The official WWE website has posted a storyline update to the beatdown received by Roman Reigns at the hands of WWE World Heavyweight Champion Triple H on Monday's WWE Raw, which left him bloodied.

WWE.com reports Roman Reigns underwent surgery earlier today "to repair a shattered nose" in Tampa, Florida. 

We reported earlier, that Reigns was not really bust open but handed a blood capsule by Byron Saxton.
