WWE Hall of Famer Robert “Blackjack Mulligan” Windham has been hospitalized in Florida, according to PWInsider.com. His son-in-law Mike Rotunda, grandsons Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas, have left tonight's WWE Raw in Alabama to be with him.

Mulligan was previously hospitalized in 2015 after suffering a heart attack.

Mulligan and his Blackjacks partner, Jack Lanza were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on April 1, 2006 by their manager, Bobby Heenan.
