Former WWE United States Champion Rusev wasn't on last night's episode of Raw, which lead to speculation that he might be injured. Rusev however, took to Twitter to refute injury reports and noted he's about to embark on WWE's tour of India.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio originally reported that Rusev injured his knee Saturday night at a WWE live event.

It's stupid American propaganda. I'm not injured. Just because I didn't go beat up Brock It doesn't mean I'm injured. I go to India now.
