The Rock Being Sued Over Alleged Plagiarism of TV Show

TMZ reports that WWE Superstar Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Mark Wahlberg are being sued for stealing the idea for their HBO show, Ballers.

Everette Silas and Sherri Littleton claim that they had the idea for the show first with a working title of "Off Season" back in 2007. Silas and Littleton said the deal with Whalberg, Johnson and their manager fell through because they insisted their names remain under "Created By" in the credits.

HBO responded to the TMZ report with: "We are confident the case has no merit."
