WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross tweet yesterday that Cesaro has been working with a shoulder injury, which is now believed to be a torn rotator cuff. Surgery looks likely and that would keep Cesaro out action for at least four-six months.

The latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio noted that Cesaro sustained the injury during his WWE Raw match with Roman Reigns in the World Heavyweight championship tournament. He did work the following night's Smackdown taping and it is believed creative knew of the injury at that stage. During a post-match interview, that was posted online Cesaro was wearing a sling to support his shoulder.

WWE will reportedly be preparing for the fact that Cesaro will be out of for some time and will not be considering him for a WrestleMania storyline.
