During an interview with Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania radio station 105.9 The X today, Kurt Angle made the announcement that he is leaving TNA Wrestling, stating that he would not re-sign with the company once his current contract expires in January of 2016

Angle stated that he plans on taking a break from the business and also made it clear that he would also not be pursuing a deal with WWE.

Angle also made it known that despite his decision, he will still be at TNA Wrestling's Bound For Glory event, which takes place on October 4th.
