"Rowdy" Roddy Piper To Be Laid To Rest Today; A Moments Silence Planned

Today the legendary "Rowdy" Roddy Piper will be laid to rest in a private funeral in Oregon.

Piper's family is asking that well-wishers donate money to Stand for the Silent, an anti-bullying organization Piper worked with, and the Doernbecher Children's Hospital Foundation instead of sending flowers.

A one minuet silence will be observed at 10:30 a.m. PDT / 1:30 p.m EST.
