WWE has reportedly reached out to WWN, the parent company of EVOLVE, Full Impact Pro and the now-defunct Dragon Gate USA according to PWInsider.com. 

WWE is believed to have contacted the company about a week ago, right around the time Ring of Honor announced their deal with Destination America. 

There are a number of stories going around that WWE is about to buy WWN or that it will serve as the new developmental ground for NXT like OVW was from 2000-2008. The stories in that regard should be taken as rumor as nothing official has been signed according to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, talks are however said to be serious.
