John Cena Defeats Rusev At WWE Payback Retains United States Championship

The finish came as Cena had Rusev locked into the STF submission hold. As the referee was asking Rusev if he wanted to quit, Rusev began speaking in his native Bulgarian tongue. Lana then entered the ring and stated that Rusev was saying that he quits.
