It's being reported that DeMott was not pleased with the Kevin Owens vs. CJ Parker match at NXT R-Evolution. He was apparently all around unhappy with how the match was booked, and that Ownes did a front flip from the ring to the floor. DeMott supposedly made a complaint to Triple H, Triple H then reportedly told him to let Owens do what he wants. That is apparently what caused the heat, because most WWE talent are told not to wrestle "Indie style". 

This can just be added on to the list of controversy surrounding DeMott right now.
