Ring of Honor have announced that on March 1st, at their 13th Anniversary pay-per-view, Alberto Él Patron, formerly Alberto Del Rio will challenge Jay Lethal for the ROH World TV Championship following their altercations on Ring of Honor Wresting since Alberto's debut. Two weeks ago Alberto debuted, calling out ROH World Champion Jay Briscoe but instead got ROH World TV Champion Lethal and his manager Truth Martini. On this weeks episode following his victory over Christopher Daniels in his in-ring debut, Alberto was attacked by Lethal and Martini but saved by Daniels and his partner Frankie Kazarian.

This will be Alberto's first pay-per-view appearance and first big title match since leaving WWE last August.

ROH's 13th Anniversary PPV takes place March 1st from the Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
