Assault Charges Against WWE Superstar Health Slater Dropped

The assault charges against WWE Superstar Heath Slater have been dropped because the statute of limitation expired according to a report by News Radio 106.7 in Atlanta.

An arrest warrant was issued for Slater back in December after sexual assault accusations were made from Corrine Oliver, who was working as security at the WWE WrestleMania 27 after-party back in 2011.

Oliver claimed that Slater put her in a chokehold and attempted to drag her into an elevator, and ultimately into his hotel room at the Hyatt Regency.
