Ring of Honor star and former World Champion, Adam Cole, announced tonight at PWG's Black Cole Sun event, named after him, that he will be getting shoulder surgery later this week and will be out for around six months, meaning he will miss ROH's next PPV, the 13th Anniversary Show, WrestleMania weekend's Supercard of Honor and an additional 16 scheduled ROH events.

Cole is still being advertised for ROH's first TV taping of 2015 in Nashville, Tennessee on January 3rd where he will probably be written off TV. His image was replaced in all promotional posters by Alberto Él Patron and Mark Briscoe.
