ROH announced tonight via their social media accounts, that following their live event in San Antonio, Texas, Jay Briscoe will now defend the ROH World Championship in a 'Fight Without Honor' match against Adam Cole in the main event of their return to pay-per-view on December 7th, with Final Battle.

The 'Fight Without Honor' match is considered the most serious match in ROH history and has only been used on rare occasions to end bitter rivalries, some of these include Kevin Steen vs. El Generico, Chris Hero vs. Eddie Kingston and Bryan Danielson vs. Takeshi Morishima.
