Longtime UK Wrestling Magazine "Power Slam" Finishes After 20 Years

"Power Slam" Magazine, published and distributed in the UK, has launched Issue 237 as it's final issue after 20 years in print. The magazine previously known as "Superstars Of Wrestling" when it launched in 1991 until the name change to "Power Slam" in 1994 has a long history in the UK as a stand out pro wrestling magazine.

The magazine's editor Findlay Martin posted an emotional piece in the final issue of magazine naming the reasons for the closure. Although stating that the economy was a factor in "Power Slam" coming to an end, he decided that 20 years this summer would be the perfect way to bow out.

Martin noted that he will continue to write about pro wrestling starting with an Ebook due for release in November surrounding "Pro Wrestling Through The Power Slam Years 1994-2014".
