Contrary to earlier reports, Toby Keith is apparently not helping Jeff Jarrett financially with Global Force Wrestling. Keith was reportedly going to be a major financial backer for GFW when the idea first came about, but he is reportedly not involved with it at this time.

Jarrett does have a major backer though, reportedly somebody he met through his good friend Hermie Sadler.

No word on who that person is or why Toby Keith is not involved with GFW.
