It's being reported that Seth Rollins' betrayal of Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns was not written into the original script that was planned for Raw and it may have been a bit of a last-minute decision.

The original plans apparently had no mention of Seth Rollins turning on The Shield. The main event of Raw was originally going to be John Cena vs. the demon Kane.

There is some speculation that the turn may have been kept off of the scripts to prevent it from being leaked.
