The match for Sunday's WWE Payback Kickoff Show on the WWE Network was made official on Monday night's edition of RAW, as it was announced that El Torito will face Hornswoggle in a Hair vs. Mask Match.
If El Torito loses, he will be unmasked. If Hornswoggle loses, he will have his head shaved bald
