The Wrestling Observer is reporting that former WCW and TNA star Sting has been confirmed to have officially signed a deal with WWE.
Details known at this time include the fact Sting will indeed appear on WWE television, though it's not known how often or even when he will debut. It is also being reported that Sting will not be a full-time wrestler.
The Wrestling Observer further notes that, as previously reported, Sting had assumed that he would work a program with The Undertaker; however, with The Undertaker's future now in doubt, that is up in the air at this point in time.
Regarding Sting appearing on television, it is unknown at this time as to whether he will appear as a regular character or simply to build for a match at WrestleMania 31 next year.
