The guys over at Clutch City Promotions have just announced that Hart Foundation (being Bret Hart, Jim Neidhart and Jimmy Hart) as well as Bobby "The Brain" Heenan will be part of Wrestlecon during Wrestlemania weekend in New Orleans.
