In an update from an earlier story, PWInsider.com confirms that WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin was, indeed, backstage at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California (the site of tonight's edition of WWE RAW) today visiting friends. Also as previously noted, Austin recorded the next episode of his podcast with Zeb Colter.

As of this report, it is not known whether or not Austin has been booked to make an on-screen appearance on tonight's live broadcast.
