In the latest update regarding WWE Hall of Famer Mae Young, The Wrestling Observer reports that Mae is still alive, but remains gravely ill.

The website notes that yesterday, one of Mae's childhood friends from Oklahoma called her, but Mae was understandably too weak to speak very much; however, she was able to listen to what was being said. The friend told Mae, according to the report, "you know thousands of people are pulling for you," to which Mae was able to respond "I know."

As previously noted, it had been reported that Mae had passed away, but all reports stating this were quickly retracted after it was stated that the original source of those reports had obtained incorrect information.
