It's being reported that WWE's creative team is in a "state of panic" right now and have been changing a lot of their plans at the last minute.

A lot of these last-minute changes revolved around Survivor Series. WWE officials decided to have The Big Show replace Daniel Bryan in the WWE Title picture heading into Survivor Series and originally planned on having Big Show take on Triple H at the following TLC pay-per-view, big Show's match against HHH was scrapped for unknown reasons.

Also regarding the Survivor Series, WWE officials were talking about having Big E. Langston go back to being a heel, either at the Survivor Series or shortly after, and feud with John Cena over the World Heavyweight Championship. But those plans were dropped and Big E. ended up winning the Intercontinental Championship from Curtis Axel at Survivor Series while John Cena came face-to-face with WWE Champion Randy Orton.
