Promoters Respond To Pricing On Hall/Waltman/Nash Tour, Fans Unhappy With Situation

Posted By: Lee on Nov 20, 2013

As we reported yesterday, The "Takeover" tour featuring Scott Hall, Sean Waltman & Kevin Nash has come under heavy backlash from fans due to the undisclosed pricing by promoters.

The actual content of the show featuring Hall, Waltman & Nash has been praised with many stories regarding the three said to have caused emotions to run high.

However, Ministry Of Slam have commented via Facebook in regards to the pricing of autographs and photos.

"Charges are as follows: £20 per auto or all 3 for £50, Professional Photo Shoot with all 3 superstars £20, Tour T-shirt £20

You can take as many photos or video during the show as you like and are welcome to photo the guys wile the walk the floor or are signing autos."

For clarification to everyone posting here.
There will be a charge for autographs during the tour.
If anyone is unhappy about this we will happily refund there money in full no problems

MOS Apologize for any confusion caused and once again if you want a refund you can have one no problems."

As fans point out however, this has only been revealed to them at this time, hours before the event or even after the event in the case of Glasgow. Fans have also pointed out that this change could have breached the overall contract of purchasing a ticket.

Justine Cager posted this on their Facebook page:

"For anyone buying the tickets before now the ticket price included "2 items of your own to be signed by the talent" - the talent being Scott Hall, Kevin Nash AND Xpac - therefore the charge of autographs is in fact breach of the original contract you have with your existing customers... You are treading on very dangerous ground here and are indeed breaking the law if you do not deliver what your customers have been originally promised when buying tickets!"

Viewing the comments on their Facebook page here, fans continually seem annoyed by the fact these details were not released before time and that many questions left by fans were unanswered until this stage. Tonight's Manchester event, actually set in Bolton, should reveal a lot in terms of the "2nd round" of running the event.
